Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Payroll Manager to join their team

Duties include;

* Day to day management of the UK payroll
* Day to day supervision of international payrolls
* Assist with the management of the payroll process ensuring accurate data is provided to our payroll provider within the timescales agreed
* Review current payroll and benefits end to end processes to identify, advise and implement any improvements
* Manage team data requirements for the new payroll and HR software implementation
* Retain appropriate records as per HMRC and audit requirements
* Liaising with and supporting our Finance team to deliver the year end payroll audit and ensuring all our statutory obligations are met
* Responsible for updating the People team, and wider business, on legislative changes affecting pay and reward
* Maintaining a legally compliant payroll
* Ensure the department meets and where possible exceed expectations and develop a department service level agreement
* Responsible for maintaining our employee records on the People Hub and relevant paper administration
