We are working with a leading chartered accountancy practise based in the Bath area to help find a Payroll Administrator – and it’s a chance to build and develop your skills in an exciting and varied role.
An experienced payroll administrator who has worked in a busy office previously and have some level of payroll experience. A confident approachable individual who can help with a range of payroll queries.
The client in this instance can provide a flexible, friendly and creative environment to develop your skills and challenge yourself. With additional payroll training and support to innovate, collaborate and build meaningful careers.
This is a new opportunity where, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
The role will include
* Processing weekly and monthly payrolls on Iris Payroll.
* Manual calculations to check the system or answer client queries.
* Prioritising and planning the workload.
* Meeting payday and filing deadlines.
* Entering transactions onto computer software for a variety of their clients.
* Liaising directly with clients when they come into the office and on the phone.
* Knowledge of Iris Payroll, Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Must be able to work well as part of a team with good interpersonal skills.
* Accurate typing and data entry skills.
* Numerate and excellent attention to detail.
* Professional and hard working.
