We are currently recruiting for a 6-month contract role based in Central London working as a Payroll Administrator. The client is looking for an immediately available candidate who has 2/3 years’ experience and looking to start a new role ASAP. * Retrieving and entering hundreds of employees’ overtime & expenses from timesheets each month, sticking to tight deadlines.
* Peer checking colleagues’ timesheet entries to ensure accuracy and we meet compliance standards.
* Raising ad-hoc payments for employees who are missing pay.
* Dealing with high volume queries both by email (using a case management system) and by phone from employees, managers, HR colleagues, dealing with them efficiently and quickly to ensure quick resolution.
* Assisting my team with all and any questions they may have, supporting the team and new starters with training and assisting the wider Payroll team with tasks.
