We are working with our Chester based client, to recruit an experienced payroll administrator. Working in a team of 2 in the payroll team this is a great opportunity to work with a growing payroll function. Ideally with some experience or exposure of working within a bureau style environment. As a payroll administrator you will be administering client payrolls and will have responsibility for a portfolio of clients. This is an office based role with some flexibilities to work from home.
Responsibilities
* Processing client payrolls, end to end
* Liaising with 3rd party pension providers
* Performing manual calculations, processing standard deductions
* Working on various pay frequencies
* Supporting the payroll manager in the production of accurate and timely payrolls
* Year end processes including the preparation of P11D’s and HMRC submissions
The person
* Fully experienced end to end payroller & pensions administrator
* Excellent customer service skills
* Payroll experience, including all year end activities
