We currently recruiting a temporary to permanent position looking for an immediate start. The right candidate should have 3/4 years of payroll experience, know end to end payroll, and be able to start a new role ASAP. * Running, processing and importing 4 weekly careers payrolls.
* Using Sage 50 payroll for enrolling starters, processing leavers, statutory payments and attachment of earnings, deductions etc
* Reconciliation of the run payroll with sage update and gross pay salary.
* Preparation of bacs and pension assessment, issuing p45s and performing FPS and EPS.
* Journal entries in Sage 50 accounts
* Pensions enrolments and contributions payment. (nest and people pensions)
* Manual calculations of statutory payments when required.
* Year-end reports updates and reconciliation of salary control and distribution of P60s.
* Other ad hoc tasks.
