Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team

Duties include:

* Working in a team to process high volume weekly payroll
* Processing timesheets manually and via excel spreadsheets
* Processing payroll for Ltd, self-employed, umbrella and PAYE employees
* Checking hours and rates of pay for overtime and variable pay
* Dealing with payroll queries from workers
* Liaising with clients to ensure smooth running payrolls
* Escalate queries to Payroll Manager when necessary
* Sending payroll documents (Payslips, P45s etc)
* Checking post inbox & distributing to the team
* Learning then continuously expanding knowledge of HMRC & CIS legislation
* You will Ideally have previous payroll experience
* You will be proactive, ambitious, willing to learn with an eye for detail, be a team player and able to work under pressure
