I’m currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant for a reputable lettings company based in Chelmsford! The right candidate must have around 2 – 3 years experience.
* Processing monthly and weekly payrolls.
* Collating, checking and updating information summaries from various UK locations.
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
* Inputting salaries and hours onto relevant software (e.g. SAGE) including overtime, holidays and unpaid leave.
* Calculating and inputting amounts relating to SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP.
* Adding, updating and removing employees from payroll including producing P45’s for leavers.
* Adding AOE’s and DEA’s to employee records.
* Reconciling and updating accounts.
* Sending payment schedules to accounts for payment each month.
* Completing payroll reports for record-keeping and managerial review purposes.
* Production and reconciliation of FPS, EPS and P32 each month.
* Production of Auto-enrolment pension reports.
* Complying with GDPR and other relevant legislation regarding confidentiality of pay and personal records of colleagues.
* Distribution of pay slips and post within strict deadlines.
