A small niche financial services business are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis – this role will report into HR and take full responsibility for the payroll function.
This business has an excellent reputation within the FS field and as Payroll Manager, this is a really high profile role within the company,
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:
* Responsibility for a monthly payroll – all deductions, all associated queries and all salary changes/bonus payments
* Full responsibility for the benefits function- administering existing benefits, renewals, liaising with suppliers, negotiating new terms and rolling out new benefits across the company. Again, dealing with all queries
* Subject matter expert for company pension schemes
* Liaising with senior stakeholders with regards to all payroll related matters
* Being constantly up to date with all payroll legislation
