A financial services business with a global footprint, are currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.
This role sits within finance and will be responsible for managing a small team.
As Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a monthly payroll using ADP Freedom
* Ensuring all HMRC submissions are accurate and on-time
* Preparation of all year end duties
* Responsible for the administration of share schemes and bonus payments
* Administration of the company benefit schemes, to include renewals, negotiating new schemes, resolving all queries
* Management of the payroll team on a daily basis – setting out development plans, training requirements, recruitment of new hires
This role is critical role for the business and requires candidates to have previous payroll & benefits experience.
A hybrid – WFH/Office based – working pattern is available and a generous benefits scheme also.
