Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Maintaining the Payroll team’s email inbox and dealing with employee payroll queries
* Performing data entry tasks in various payroll systems
* Reviewing the HR payroll submission document and update with appropriate payroll actions
* Proactively collating all HR payroll related supporting documentation, e.g. starters, leavers, maternity etc.
* Assisting with the maintenance of employee payroll records through the firm’s payroll systems, SD Worx and Sage
* Processing the payroll from start to finish
* Ensuring monthly submissions to HMRC are filed accurately and on time
