We are excited to be partnering with a house hold brand within the hospitality industry who have an urgent requirement for a Payroll Coordinator to join their payroll team in their amazing offices in London.
Working very closely with the Payroll Manager, the chosen candidate will be overseeing a multi frequency payroll from start to end ensuring calculations and deductions are calculated correctly and promptly meeting strict deadlines.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
* Ensuring Right to Work assessments for new starters are dealt with
* Preparing Manual calculations
* Supporting monthly Payroll Reconciliations along with any journal entry required.
* Acting as the first point of contact for more complex tax, payroll and pension ensuring clear yet professional prompt responses.
* To liaise with Finance and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis
* Support in Year End Audit reconciliations
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation affecting the payroll, as well as HMRC rules and processes
