We have an exciting opportunity for a payroll/finance administrator who is keen to continue their career and build their knowledge in finance and payroll to join an exciting and rewarding business based in London.
This role is fully remote with occasional visits to their offices based in central London.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Setting up PAYE Schemes
* Processing timesheet submissions
* Calculating and processing monthly pay and HMRC contributions
* Processing P45s, P60s, P32s, Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), sick pay, and standard quarterly and year end procedures.
* Administering new pension schemes.
* Dealing with payroll and pension queries.
* Exposure to processing high volume payroll and administering various deductions and benefits.
* Good Excel Skills
* Exposure to SAGE, Moorepay or Ritepay would be advantageous
