Portfolio is currently working with a West London based client who are for a Pensions Administrator to start ASAP. This is a full time role and the client is willing to pay up to £17ph

Pension is the main objective of the this role, but GPPP with Auto Enrolment knowledge

Pension – Group Personal pension scheme knowledge, must have experience of running AE administration including communication, opt outs, pension regulator registrations,. Certification of scheme

Understands the pension annual allowance/tapered allowance

The AE is based on qualifying earnings not basic pay

understand transferring of pension

Able to answer employees queries on pensions

Experience of submitting contributions

Thompsons Auto enrollment module would be good

Benefit platform knowledge including uploads, editing

Quick leaner

Excel good knowledge of, can work on multiple spreadsheet due to complex matrix organization

Work closely with payroll

Team player will to work on any benefit task

Good time keeping

Accuracy is a must
