Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a thriving service provider in the Leeds area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager. They are looking for someone who has experience as a payroll manager along with implement process and procedures. It would be beneficial to have strong understanding of Sage.
Key Objectives
* Full end to end Payroll of over 3000+ over multiple payrolls
* Monthly, weekly, bi weekly
* Deliver payroll, pensions and benefits
* Deliver monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay
* SMP,SSP,SPP.
* P45, P60’s P45’s P11d and Year-End Process.
* Processing of Pension from Start to End.
* Dealing with Attachment of Earnings and other deductions.
* Working closely with finance ensuring costings and under & over payments balance.
* contribute to continuous improvement.
* Provide payroll advice and complex query resolution
* High volumes of starters and leavers
* TUPE experience
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience of leading and co-ordinating a team.
* Results driven and ability to handle pressure.
* Ability to maximise resources and manage budgets.
* Evidence of continued professional development
* Training and development
