Our client based in Anglesey is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager for a 12 month Fixed Term contract – As a payroll manager you will be leading a team of advisors processing the payroll end to end within their shared service centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll Manager during a time of change within the business to be involved in a number of projects alongside their project manager. Overseeing a small team, the payroll manager will support in the operation processing and production of payroll for a large multisite business.

Responsibilities:

* Managing a team of payrollers
* Processing end to end payrolls
* System implementation and supporting the payroll project lead on projects
* Responding to queries and providing comprehensive support to the business in all payroll related matters
* Year end activities including P11d’s
* Liaising with HMRC and responsibility for submissions
* Providing comprehensive support and with excellent knowledge of payroll legislation

The person:

* Experienced Payroll Manager with experience in implementation
* Team management experience
* Excellent Stakeholder management
