We are currently working with a leading company who are seeking a strategic and technically strong Payroll Manager to join their head office team and take responsibility for overseeing the payroll function.

This role will oversee a team of 2 and will be responsible for accurate delivery of high volume weekly and monthly payroll. You will work with closely with the payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing and compliance.

Other duties include processing year end including P11d’s and reporting of taxable benefits, as well as monitoring workload and developing the team to ensure quality payroll delivery.

This role will be proactive in continuous improvement including develop of new payroll systems.

This position will be temporarily remote and long term will be a combination of remote and office working.

The successful candidate will be a strong Payroll Manager who is comfortable with high volume, multi-frequency payroll. Experience with systems implementation/projects is highly desirable.
