We are currently partnered with a well-established and quickly growing organisation within the retail industry who due to continued growth and success, are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join them.
This role will report into the General Manager with a dotted line to the Global Payroll Manager and will have 3-4 direct reports focusing on their individual European regions.
Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Overseeing and coordinating the running of the day to day European payroll including UK, France, Germany, South Africa, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland
* Responsible for payroll audits
* Reconciling accounts
* Approving payrolls on a monthly basis
* Ensuring a wide variety of payroll queries are resolved
Experience required for this role is as follows:
* Solid experience of EMEA payroll processing
* Strong people management experience
* Experience of speaking other European languages would be a bonus
This role is based in London on a weekly basis, but can offer lots of flexibility with remote working.
