Currently seeking a payroll and pensions administrator to work within a small stable team, helping to process end to end payroll and pensions for a number of clients.
Senior payroll specialist key Responsibilities and Duties include:
· Administer and process all monthly Group payrolls
· Administer pension files to Group pension providers
· Maintain and administer the monthly BACS and payslip process
· Data collection and processing support of P11D’s across the Group
· Support in the implementation of new entity across the Group as and when they arise through acquisitions
· Assist employees on PAYE tax/NI issues/student loan queries
· Liaise with HMRC on ad hoc queries
· Respond to pension queries
· Assist the HR team with general HR queries, issues and projects
· Support ad hoc projects
Senior payroll specialist Person Specification/ Experience:
· Relevant industry experience is preferable.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to develop and maintain business contacts and goodwill
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prepare and present reports to director level
· Pro-active and self motivated
· Excellent planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
· Excellent attention to detail
· Co-operative and supportive team player
