Job Role:

* Manage and process all aspects of Pensions administration ensuring regulatory compliance whilst meeting required deadlines
* Ensure Pension regulatory compliance is maintained within the Payroll processes, system and pay results
* Perform monthly reconciliation of pension contributions and process payments to pension providers Managing Pension auto enrolment
* Reviewing the results of the process to ensure employees are enrolled as expected.
* Timely communication is sent to all employees being auto enrolled
* Process pension opt out instructions and associated pension refunds
* Validate payroll results before payrolls close to ensure both employee and employer contributions are correct
* Upload monthly contribution flies
* Maintain the LGPS Pension scheme information
