Our client is looking for a Part Time Payroll and Pensions Officer to take sole responsibility for the payroll function, including the calculation and processing of all relevant deductions, timely submission of returns, and maintenance of payroll data records. As the in-house payroll and pension specialist, the successful candidate will be the focal point for all salary, pension, contractual and statutory benefit administration, pension and benefit support service ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong previous payroll experience, managing an end- to-end payroll function with in-depth knowledge of payroll, taxation and pension legislation and processes. A high level of computer literacy is essential. Excellent attention to detail, proven organisational skills are required, flexibility and the ability to work independently.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* At least 3 years payroll and pensions experience.
* Can work independently
* Good Excel
* Great manual calculations
