A renowned business advisory firm are currently recruiting for a Payroll Service Manager to join them in their growing global outsourcing team – this are critical roles for the organisation and will require candidates to carry out the following responsibilities:

* Understand client’s requirements and objectives and work with both in-country teams as well as Global Payroll organisations.
* Advise and manage the global payrolls for the client.
* Drafting of the client’s specifications,
* Advice on local country requirements,
* The role will also require keeping the process manuals up to date and in if needed the drafting of process manuals.

The Service Delivery Payroll Manager will often be the first point of escalation and will need to be proactive, able to problem solve, identifying, analysing and documenting issues and driving resolution.

Candidates need to be deadline driven, organised and demonstrate a strong technical knowledge across UK & Global payrolls, as such, previous Global Payroll experience is absolutely essential.
