My client is a construction company covering the south of England. They are now looking for someone on a permanent basis to come in and help in the purchase ledger department.
The ideal candidate would have multi system experience, have experience within Accounts Payable and prior experience of using COINS is preferable.
* Enter invoices onto COINS
* Update Excel on invoices received
* Match supplier invoices together (Order, Delivery note, Invoice).
* Pass invoices once cleared to Accounts Assistant to enter on Coins
* Liaise with suppliers/ buyers concerning prices and proof of delivery
* Liaise with internal managers concerning deliveries
