We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for building relationships with clients, booking appointments for the Safecheck Consultants and assisting with training requirements.
Job Purpose
The role of the SafeCheck Technical Sales Co-Ordinator is to make SafeCheck initial appointments and follow-ups, updating and issuing reports & assisting with training requirements. Full training will be provided in induction.
Job Overview
The role requires a mix of commercial and technical skills, with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills to engage professionally with business owners and even make recommendations to help them protect their business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* To book SafeCheck Appointments for our SafeCheck consultants to visit potential clients
* To ensure SafeCheck Consultants are carrying out the required number of visits a week
* To upsell our full service to clients
* To make appointments and reappointments for BDMs & SafeCheck Consultants
* To answer SafeCheck questions and queries for clients
* To update relevant software platforms
* To follow up on previous SafeChecks appointments
* To Monitor MI reports
* To undertake any other duties as necessary or required by senior management.
