Award-winning and high growth international SaaS organisation have an exceptional opportunity for a proven Sales Director to join this highly successful international Group. Joining at a time of continued investment and extensive product development you will work closely with the Board of directors to drive the sales strategy and performance to accomplish the organisation’s ambitious UK and International growth plans.

You will lead, motivate and develop a large sales team with a focus on developing a high-performance sales culture, maximising revenue opportunities within a fast-paced B2B market, identifying new customer acquisition opportunities through to closely measuring sales performance and metrics.

* Work closely with the CEO & Board of Directors to develop the sales strategy in-line with the organisations growth forecasts.
* Review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales metrics.
* Implement and lead on new customer acquisition strategies in line with forecasts to grow active subscribers and revenue streams, whilst identifying effective cross-sell opportunities within the wider group.
* Review the sales cycle to identify areas of improvement in the sales process to maximise revenue and conversion opportunities.
* Continually review the effectiveness of lead generation channels and CRM campaigns.
* Build a culture of high performance, through effective sales management, sales coaching, retention and incentive programmes.
* Work closely with key stakeholders across marketing, events, internal sales teams to drive lead and revenue generation channels.
* Ensure optimum business development activity of the sales team, monitoring daily performance, conversions and development of reporting suites to deliver insightful MI to the board
* Implement effective sales compliance strategies.
* Drive the sales strategy to exceed sales targets and profitability.
* Plan, organise and present at quarterly and annual sales events.

Our client seeks to recruit an accomplished senior sales leader, eager to secure a highly progressive role with the opportunity to lead the business to their next phase of UK and International expansion. In addition to a proven background in leading highly successful sales teams, you will have extensive experience within consultative selling within B2B Markets. Experience gained with the SaaS, Fintech or Technology sectors is desirable but not essential.

Our client offers an excellent package including a highly competitive basic salary + Car Allowance + a Generous Bonus scheme + Excellent benefits, with an OTE of c. £160,000 Per Annum.
