Due to accelerated growth and entrepreneurial clients this is a great environment to be able to take on a pinnacle part of the payroll processing team and be able to suggest ideas for continuous improvements .
* First point of contact for any client payroll communication,
* Processing the submission of payroll to HMRC
* Preparing variable and fixed payrolls
* Calculating SMP, SSP,
* Submitting advanced SMP claims to HMRC
* Year-end statutory payroll requirements
* Payroll onboarding
* Monthly pension submissions
Prepare and process the monthly payroll, to ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time in accordance with UK legislation and their terms and conditions. Meeting their monthly fluctuating deadlines in line with the tax year end, keeping up to date with changes in UK payroll legislation. This is a start to finish payroll, ensuring the correct inputting of all the data, running and checking the payroll and the reports.
