Job Salary: £45000 - £55000 Per Annum
* Lead on the Salary Review & Bonus back end processes on behalf of the HR Team.
* Produce the annual Gender Pay Gap Report and other legislative reporting requirements.
* Submission of accurate Salary Survey Data and gather other benchmarking research.
* Develop and manage external benchmarking data using multiple salary data providers.
* Complete annual benchmarking exercise for the whole organisation with analytics on compensation ratios.
* Keep up to date with industry changes by attending knowledge-sharing events.
* Deliver the annual benefit renewals with (the broker).
* Maintain pension compliance working with our pension advisor.
Compensation & Benefits
* Leverage technical skills to design and build compensation analytics to inform compensation program decisions as well as forecast, report, and/or analyse compensation business outcomes.
* Demonstrable pensions and benefits experience, with broad knowledge of compensation and recognition schemes.
* Current knowledge of best practices in reward and benefits.
* Experience in pay benchmarking, job evaluation systems, career frameworks.
