CLOUDPAY IS ESSENTIAL

Based – the City of London – HYBRID – 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH

My Client, a leading global financial service based in the City of London are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a duration of 6th Month FTC. The successful candidate must have proven Cloudpay experience.

Responsibilities:

* Must have experience working with CloudPay as an outsourced payroll vendor.
* Collate the monthly payroll data and provide it to the payroll vendor – via a secure online portal.
* Review and reconcile the output, work with the payroll vendor to correct as necessary and approve the payroll once you are satisfied with the results.
* Work with the wider Payroll team and other internal/external stakeholders to streamline processes.
* Provide quality and timely customer service to employees and other stakeholders across all UK businesses.
* Senior-level experience working on UK payrolls (either in a sole role or as part of a small team).
* Knowledge of PSA and P11D processes.
* Knowledge of UK auto-enrolment pensions legislation.
* Mid-level understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, GL postings etc.
* Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables).
