My client is a leading organisation within their field and are looking for a new member of the team on a Temporary basis.

The role will entail:

* Assisting with the processing over 6000+ employees.
* Processing starters/leavers
* Processed Overpayments, requiring reworking payslips and communicating to both managers and employees regarding repayment plans.
* Calculating Statutory Maternity Pay.
* Processing Court Orders
* Taking queries on telephone and email from Managers, Employees, HMRC, Councils and Courts. Covering monthly pay, tax queries etc.
* Processing general payments like overtime, KIT Days, Pay Arrears.
* Dealing with queries and resolutions. Assisting with International payrolls and third party vendors.

The skills required are:

* Previous experience of processing the payroll from start to finish.
* Excellent excel skills ( ideally V-Look-ups)
* Knowledge of dealing with multi-sited payrolls would be advantageous
* Ideally the candidate would be immediately available.
