Day to DayAs the Events and Marketing Manager, you'll take full ownership of our seminar and events program, focusing on maximizing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of seminars and events to drive revenue. * Setting and exceeding departmental targets by overseeing current events, developing new event types, and managing the event calendar. * Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance. * Collaborating with various departments and maintaining strong working relationships to ensure events run smoothly. * Analyzing event metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and attendance, to inform decision-making. * Providing leadership and support to your team, assigning tasks, and driving accountability. * Creating and reviewing marketing materials for seminars and events. * Presenting event performance data and updates to senior leadership.
